These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the real estate investment platform operated by LNREIG Investment Group ("we," "us," or "the Platform"). The Platform allows qualified investors to view and invest in property-backed assets, manage a wallet and portfolio, and request withdrawals. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Account creation. Investor accounts are created by an administrator. There is no public self-registration. You will receive login credentials and a security key from us or our administrator. You must keep your password and security key confidential and are responsible for all activity under your account.
Password and security key. To change your password you must provide your current password and the security key that was shared with you at account creation or upon a password reset. If you forget your password, you must contact your administrator; there is no self-service password reset.
You may use the Platform to:
Investments are subject to each asset's terms, including minimum investment amounts and remaining capacity. Expected returns and maturity dates are disclosed per asset. You may request full or partial liquidation where the asset rules permit; early or partial liquidation may be subject to penalties (e.g. hold periods, penalty percentages) as stated in the asset or liquidation rules.
Your wallet balance reflects available funds. Deposits may be credited upon verification. Withdrawal requests deduct the requested amount from your available balance when submitted; if a request is rejected, funds may be returned to your wallet. You are responsible for providing correct bank or crypto details; we are not liable for losses due to incorrect destination information. Withdrawal fees and processing times are as disclosed on the Platform and may change with notice.
We may require you to complete know-your-customer (KYC) or other compliance checks. Your account or access may be restricted until such requirements are satisfied. You must provide accurate information and update it as needed.
Fees (including withdrawal fees) and liquidation penalties may apply as displayed on the Platform or in asset rules. We may update fee schedules with reasonable notice. You agree to pay all applicable fees and accept any disclosed penalties when using the relevant feature.
Real estate and other investments carry risk. Past performance and projected returns are not guarantees of future results. Values may go down; liquidity may be limited. You should only invest what you can afford to hold in line with asset terms and seek independent advice if appropriate.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we and our affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or your investments. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees you have paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or the amount of your affected wallet balance or investment, whichever is lower, except where prohibited by law.
The Platform, including its design, text, graphics, and software, is owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content or use our trademarks without written permission.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform for breach of these Terms, fraud, or regulatory reasons. You may stop using the Platform at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases; provisions that by their nature should survive (including liability, disputes, and governing law) will remain in effect.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will use reasonable means to notify you of material changes (e.g. notice on the Platform or email).
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms or the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
